Simply nothing too much trouble, perfect stay. Homey hotel located close to Eastbourne, the town centre, and the beach. Units where the children could play games which is an extra perk. Magnificent, unbeatable location right near seafront. Plenty of food options at a walking distance from the venue...

There was nothing really enjoyable apart from the location.I had a door handle which was broken on the connecting door with a metal potruding out, this was not fixed untill the end of our stay and since I had three children with me,I had to keep an eye on them everytime they go near the door.Matress on bed was very uncomfortable,a toilet brush in the toilet was choked with dried wet tissue paper the day we arrived and since the room was cleaned daily, all this were not corrected untill we left. The hotel felt abondoned, the main entrance was somtimes left open ,there was no one around to check who comes in and also no one to give you any information.

Really friendly welcome, we were shown around, keys explained; room was good size, clean comfortable and pretty, had tv & dvd player, tea coffee hot chocolate & biscuits!! Breakfast was lovely, set us up for the day. Manager advised on what to see, restaurants to visit very helpful. Parking was very good also. Overall really nice place, would go again.
Only minor pain was children in the room above us were noisy, but only on one night.

Request a room on a lower floor to avoid the many stairs. it makes for a more comfortable stay.

Paul a good leader, leading a team of high quality, efficient and friendly staff, to the lady who ensure we have a comfortable room to stay, the young pretty lady and young handsome man serving us good breakfast, we just want to say, thank you and well done.

The staff were very accommodating and the breakfasts excellent. The price was very affordable and, initially, that's the reason we booked.

Booked twin and single connecting en suite rooms but occupants of twin room had to go through single room to the en suite. Web site said that freeview was in the rooms but it was only in the lounge. Web site also said that clean linen and towels were supplied every day. I don't think this is necessary which is just as well as in the room brochure it requested that you didn't ask for clean towels every day to help the environment. Evening meal available to order but on arrival were told that this was not possible owing to a member of staff being away. All rather contradictory - I feel the website should be updated.

The accommodation was basic but very clean and serviceable and with ensuite shower etc. situated about 15 mins from the main shopping area and very close to beach (about 50 metres). Amanda made us welcome and the breakfast is excellent. Also has some private parking available.
